Analyze site constraints and provide critical analysis of code and zoning issues
Basic understanding of construction elements. Products to be incorporated into the project manual
Capable of leading "ready check process” of construction documents with consultants and clients
Coordinate building systems integration with engineering consultants
Understanding of bidding, permitting and construction administration to work hand to hand with our office CA department
Mentor junior staff and contribute to our collaborative culture
Capable of maintaining projects on budget and on schedule
Capable of creating a variety of conceptual ideas into 3D models to enhance communication with clients and the integration of architect and client ideas
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture or Equivalent
Understanding of building systems, construction materials, applications and methods
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office and 3D visualization software (Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Suite)
Working as a team with the CA department on site observations visits and reports
Understanding of the details that complete the architectural aspect of the project with MEP & structural engineers
Well-developed graphic and visualization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working on multiple projects as a lead person or support
Licensure Preferred But Not Required (motivated To Pursue Licensure
Provide samples of projects, work significant as a project manager
