Major Duties & Responsibilities

 

Provides direction and support as a top technical expert in design and implementation of complex projects to internal customers.

Supports the Project Phases & Project Planning process and helps set technical standards.

Reviews technical standards and ensures that projects are on track.

Leads/Coaches others in technical direction and use of standards. As an individual contributor, stays current with industry updates.

Protect company assets (Data and Hardware) and adheres to guidelines, standards and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Oracle HCM knowledge preferred or ERP HRIS
  • 5-8 years' experience as a programmer/analyst preferred.
  • Experienced in Full Life-Cycle Development Knowledge.
  • Project management skills.
  • Any Oracle Designer/Developer, SQL, PL/SQL a plus
