Description

  • Looking for a VP level - Senior Program Manager having more than 12 years of experience
  • MUST: Prior experience in financial services industry required; knowledge of Capital Planning, Stress testing and/or Basel III framework preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to interface to multiple stakeholders and navigate complex global delivery team
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good attitude to learning and adopting style to work with the team
  • MUST: Based in Whippany, NJ (must work from the office twice a week on a prescribed team schedule)
  • Works well in a matrix management environment
