Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot software applications and systems built on .NET, SQL Server, React, and Azure
- Perform root cause analysis, problem resolution, and proactive maintenance of critical production systems
- Utilize technologies such as EF Core, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, XML/XSLT, AJAX, and Web Services
- Conduct T-SQL debugging for stored procedures, UDFs, and triggers to support performance tuning and optimization
- Monitor and maintain system performance, user interfaces, and backend integrations
- Handle incident management and ensure timely resolution of production issues in adherence to ITIL processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments, patching, and environment stability
- Use scripting tools like PowerShell for automation and environment management
- Document solutions and train team members to enhance support knowledge base
- Work during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours as part of a globally distributed team
- Analyze high-priority business processes such as employer-sponsored reimbursement programs
- Leverage JIRA and other defect tracking tools to manage production issues and change requests
Skills Required:
Must-Have:
- Strong experience with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, Core, ADO.NET, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based deployment/support
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL scripting and debugging
- Good understanding of OAuth2.0 flows and web service integrations
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Familiarity with React.js for UI support
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and tools like JIRA for incident/change management
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Computer Applications (MCA)
