- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in customer-facing roles.
- University degree or equivalent, preferably with solid background in Computer Science, but Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics are also acceptable.
- Advanced knowledge in relational database technologies.
- Experience with HANA administration and performance optimization.
- Experience collecting and assessing complex traces.
- Experience troubleshooting HANA issues. Great analytical thinking with versatile and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication skills for proper interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Relationship and trust building skills.
- Experience with operations of large business applications/systems.
- Ability to learn autonomously and without guidance.

- Knowledge of SAP’s warehouse solutions (e.g. BW on HANA, native HANA EDW / data mart solutions) and/or knowledge of SAP’s suite solutions (e.g. Suite on HANA, S/4HANA)
