We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our fast-paced, client-driven environment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA professionals to deliver a top-tier banking product tailored for the next generation workforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building CRM systems, developing payments or fintech solutions, or implementing fraud mitigation strategies within payments or banking.
Proficiency in any two areas is highly valued.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product, Fraud, and Customer Support teams, to define and deliver the product roadmap.
•Integrate external third-party services into the main platform through partnership engagement.
•Design and develop payment features that enhance the user experience.
•Lead the creation of a proprietary CRM system designed for financial services or fintech applications.
•Gather requirements and prepare detailed specifications for engineering teams.
•Oversee the integration of third-party fraud platforms with existing products.
•Manage the fraud product roadmap; define KPIs and collaborate with risk and compliance teams to create and implement fraud prevention features for payments and digital banking offerings.
•Maintain the product backlog and prioritize workload for sprint cycles.
•Create and refine user stories for sprint planning sessions.
•Proactively eliminate business-level obstacles to support the engineering team's daily progress.
•Work with customer support to identify, prioritize, and resolve production issues promptly.
•Document functional and non-functional requirements, as well as release notes, for both internal and external audiences.
•Analyze product analytics and user feedback to iterate on existing features and guide strategic product decisions.
•Present product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
•8–10 years of product management experience.
•Ability to understand and engage with technical details when necessary.
•Demonstrated success managing mobile and web application products.
•Experience in at least two of the following areas: developing or integrating CRM systems (preferably within payments or fintech), product management in payments or fintech, or leading fraud prevention product initiatives in payments or banking.
