In this pivotal role, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a clear product strategy that aligns with Matilda Cloud's business goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, guiding and mentoring a dynamic product team while fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centric product development. A strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration is essential, as the role requires working closely with engineering, UX design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product vision and execution.

 

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the strategic direction for Matilda Cloud's product, in alignment with customer needs, business growth, and overall company strategy.

Analyze product offerings with customers to drive both incremental and disruptive innovation, leveraging marketplace trends.

Research, understand, and create a competitive and partnership landscape for the product strategy.

Developing an objective framework for evaluating products and features based on value creation, total addressable market (TAM), competitive landscape, market entry timing, and sustained competitive advantages.

Design product strategies that generate sustained, recurring revenue streams over the long term.

Collaborate with the sales team on strategic sales opportunities, articulating product features and their value proposition.

Communicate product strategies to internal stakeholders, adjusting priorities based on feedback.

Establish scalable processes and foster innovation throughout the product development cycle.

Define product roadmaps factoring in feasibility, time, cost, and impact.

Collaborate with revenue, engineering, UX design, operations, and marketing teams to build a cohesive product narrative.

Build, mentor, and manage a product team, cultivating a customer-centric product culture.

Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

Prior experience in Product Management for a software platform or product.

Minimum of 5 years' experience and in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud technologies.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to research and understand technical challenges, with proven engineering problem-solving skills.

Great leadership and team working skills with internal and partner organizations.

Willingness and ability to continue to learn cloud technologies and product management principles and best practices.

Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong sense of personal accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Public Cloud knowledge and certifications with GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Experience with enterprise applications hosted in data centers and public cloud
