Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, alongside a strong command over Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently leading and delivering end-to-end projects with minimal supervision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL databases.
• Handle end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, including DAX calculations and data modeling.
• Design automation workflows using Power Automate, integrating multiple connectors and REST APIs.
• Ensure governance, scalability, performance, and security standards across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and assist with code reviews.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document system processes, configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5 to 6 years of proven experience in Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), and Power BI.
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online lists/libraries, and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in building reusable components, custom connectors, and expressions using Power Fx, JSON, and OData queries.
• Experience in implementing role-based access, security models, and approval workflows.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Solutions, and environment strategy in Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills and experience interfacing with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent).
• Experience with Azure services, PowerShell, or Git/DevOps pipelines is a plus.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
