Senior Platform Engineer

Preferred Location: US - Remote

Experience Level: 8+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to ensure seamless application deployment and delivery workflows
Architect and manage serverless infrastructure solutions leveraging cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), focusing on scalability, performance, and cost optimization
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management
Drive the implementation and maintenance of Identity Provider (IDP) frameworks to ensure secure and efficient access management
Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
Design and implement Python-based automation solutions for infrastructure management and deployment processes
Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for cloud infrastructure and security Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on infrastructure and deployment practices
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance of infrastructure components

Required Skills:

Strong expertise with both Jenkins and GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS Serverless architectures, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other serverless technologies
Advanced skills in both Terraform and CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and management
Knowledge of IDP Framework
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Extensive experience in deploying and managing Python applications
