Job Description:-

Mandatory Skills -Platform Engineer, Prometheus, Open telemetry, Terraform, Kubernetes, Any cloud-GCP, AWS.

Deep Proficiency in Multi-Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP): Demonstrated expert-level experience in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting services across both AWS (specifically EKS) and GCP (specifically Apigee). 

● Expertise in Terraform: Extensive hands-on experience in defining, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and configurations using Terraform. 

● Strong Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) & Microservices: Well-versed with cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns, and frameworks. 

● Comprehensive Cloud Services Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of core cloud services including Compute, Storage, Networking, Messaging (e.g., AWS SNS/SQS, GCP Pub/Sub), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), and Automation. 

● Observability Stack Proficiency: ○ Expert-level experience with Prometheus (especially Google Cloud Managed Prometheus) for metrics collection, analysis, and alerting. ○ Strong hands-on experience with Distributed Tracing, specifically Open Telemetry (instrumentation and Collector configuration) and Google Cloud Trace for end-to-end visibility. ○ Proven experience with centralized log management solutions, particularly GCP Cloud Logging, including ingestion mechanisms from AWS EKS. ○ Demonstrated experience with Grafana for building advanced dashboards and visualizations connected to diverse data sources. 

● CI/CD Pipeline Expertise: Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub, Maven, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Docker containers). 

● Systems Management/Automation Tools: Proficiency in configuration management (Puppet/Chef/Ansible) and orchestration/automation tools (Terraform). 

● Linux System Administration & Troubleshooting: Strong Linux System Admin experience with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments. 

● Programming/Scripting Languages: Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages (Bash, Python, Core Java).
