Position: Senior Pega Developer

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years
Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Preferred
Referral Bonus: INR 50,000 for successful referral candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Pega PRPC applications (Version 8.x and above).

Design and implement robust enterprise Class Structures and Rulesets in line with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Apply best practices in Pega architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications using tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).

Work on advanced Pega features: Flows, Activities, UI Rules, Flow Actions, SLA, Correspondence, Agents, Listeners (MQ/File), Reports, and Connectors.

Integrate Pega with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and related integration methods.

Utilize relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL for application data handling.

Extract data using BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) and implement Cosmos UI (theme + React-based).

Optionally work with Pega Robotics and Pega Mobile Framework (preferred but not mandatory).

Mandatory Skills:

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

6+ years of solid Pega PRPC development experience

Experience in end-to-end PRPC implementations

Proficiency in integrating web services (SOAP/REST)

Strong command of database systems

Experience with Cosmos and PDC

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to Pega Robotics

Familiarity with Pega Mobile Framework

Experience with advanced troubleshooting using PDC and performance tuning
