Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for employees on all aspects of global mobility.
Liaising closely with the employees during the entire relocation process, offering support, advice, and solutions whenever necessary
Liaising with appropriate stakeholders internally as required for the assignment management and seeking necessary approvals
Prepare monthly newswires with mobility updates for internal communications
Prepare cost projections and assignment letters as applicable
Review vendor invoices against defined costs and ensuring all invoices are cleared on time
Demonstrate due diligence towards the planned assignment and ensure that the relocation complies with local and international regulations as well as the company's own processes
Assist Mobility Manager in drafting and making changes to existing policies and also
Working closely with tax and immigration vendors to ensure all the applications are filed as per the defined SLA
Knowledge of the immigration process for US, Canada, UK, Netherlands
Excellent interpersonal and communication with strong customer service and people skills
Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Relevant experience of 3- 5 years in Global Mobility
Should have handled APAC, US, Canada, and Netherlands immigration, Visas, Work Permits, and requisite documentation process.
Good at making presentations, and preparing policies and procedures.
Good communication
Coordination with diversified, regional stakeholders.
