Senior Oracle EPM Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with a strong background in Oracle Cloud solutions and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, to deliver robust performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain Oracle EPM solutions, including integrations with Oracle Cloud.

· Develop and configure EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting to meet business needs.

· Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and analyze performance management requirements.

· Implement data integration processes between EPM and other enterprise systems.

· Optimize EPM applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.

· Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle EPM applications.

· Document application configurations, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development.

· 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and Oracle Cloud solutions.

· Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

· Proficiency in tools such as Oracle Smart View, Essbase, and EPM Automate.

· Knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ODI, Informatica, or similar).

· Solid skills in SQL and scripting for automation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with cloud platforms and multi-environment EPM configurations.

· Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

· Certification in Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
