Top 3-4 Technical Skills
·        Okta Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
·        5+ Years of experience with OKTA paired with some experience with Customer Identify
·        Understanding the OAuth flows and OpenID Connect protocols
·        Experience with OKTA API’s and APIs in general


What is the business challenge they’re trying to solve: 
·        They are global-so they work with different stakeholders from UX Design Teams on Loyalty Programs so they’ll be coordinating with many different teams. This can be tough but exciting because they are rolling out so many projects.

Non-technical skills:
·        Working hand in hand with the Hiring Manager
·        Experience with Agile Methodologies
·        Somewhat self-directed individuals are important. They need to have the ability to understand the problem and help find solutions.
