Senior Observability Engineer

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Observability Engineer to lead a critical migration project from Dynatrace to New Relic for our client.
• The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
• This role requires deep expertise in both Dynatrace and New Relic platforms, focusing on seamless migration of application, infrastructure, and user experience monitoring.
• You will be responsible for architecting and executing the transition of Dynatrace capabilities, including Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Mobile RUM, to equivalent New Relic functionalities.
• A strong background in synthetic monitoring, particularly with Catchpoint, is essential for ensuring comprehensive pre- and post-migration performance validation.
• You will also be responsible for implementing New Relic agents across diverse language tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot) and addressing major JVM-related issues.
