Key Responsibilities

Monitoring all active network equipment, ensuring seamless operations, system availability, and reliability

Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance

Configure and Install various network devices and services ( Routers, Switches, IP addresses, VLANs, routing protocols, MPLS, VPN, QOS)

Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.( This includes diagnosing network problems, analyzing network logs, and implementing solutions to resolve network issues )

Work within established configuration and change Management policies

Assist in network design and implementation

Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment

Identify potential failures and recommend solutions

Liaise with Vendors and other IT personnel for Problem resolution

Update knowledge base with known errors
