THIS ROLE IS PART-TIME **
The Wisconsin Court System requires a Network Engineer III to architect, implement, and support the court system's technical infrastructure. This role involves mentoring CCAP staff, collaborating with technical support and cybersecurity engineers, and managing the enterprise network infrastructure supporting court operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS (12-15+ YEARS):
- 12-15 years of senior-level experience in technical implementation, installation, and maintenance of network hardware.
- Advanced expertise in supporting and monitoring enterprise networks.
- Proficient in complex network troubleshooting and hardware management.
- End-user support experience
- Network Security
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.

- Demonstrated ability to implement new hardware, address technical emergencies, and implement security policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training – Train Tier 3 technical staff for production network equipment and software maintenance.
- Troubleshooting -- Troubleshoot network issues, handling alerts, and addressing technical problems.
- Research -- Research tools or systems to improve production systems or resolve issues.
- Monitor -- Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
- Tier 3 Response -- Respond to technical emergencies and take appropriate actions.
