We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in L2/L3 network configuration and troubleshooting, strong hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols, and a solid understanding of modern network architecture and security practices.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and configuration of enterprise network components.
Configure and support routing protocols including BGP, OSPF.
Design, deploy, and maintain spine-leaf datacenter architectures and collapsed core architectures.
Manage and support VRRP/HSRP, SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki solutions.
Troubleshoot and support enterprise wireless networks.
Implement and Manage F5 and Avi Load balancers.
Implement and manage Palo Alto firewalls.
Develop automation scripts using Python; manage and version control via GitHub.
Maintain network documentation and ensure network compliance with security standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and BAU operations.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members where needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6 +
Must Have:
Certifications: CCNA and CCNP (Mandatory)
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
Routing and Switching Protocols (BGP, OSPF)
Spine/Leaf and Collapsed Core Architecture
VRRP/HSRP, SD-WAN, Meraki, and Wireless troubleshooting
Juniper Mist
Palo Alto Firewalls
Python scripting for automation
GitHub for version control and collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setup
Good-to-Have
Experience with Infoblox (IPAM/DNS/DHCP)
Familiarity with Cisco Client (Identity Services Engine)
Exposure to monitoring and observability tools like Splunk and Datadog
