  • In most of the cases they don’t even know STP, DHCP, HSRP, they completely find themselves lost when we ask scenario base questions, and this happens when they have not worked on R&S at that level.
  • In few cases candidates did mention R&S in their resumes but they have not worked on it for last 4-5 years. Such resources are not the match for our requirement.
  • Resources who have 7-8 years of total experience and most of it is on cloud, they are not the match for our requirement, because they definitely don’t know strong knowledge on R&S.

 Need 7-8 years of experience on core routing and switching and an additional 3-5 years of experience on cloud technologies. Also, they should have worked on technologies like ACI, SDWAN- Fortinet, F5, Meraki.
