Senior Network Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Network Engineer 🚀
Location: Albany, NY (Remote with occasional office visits required)
Duration: 6-12 months (Contract to Hire)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens only

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design and implement enterprise-wide network infrastructures (WAN, LAN, WiFi, Hybrid Cloud)
🔹 Lead network technology solution selection and vendor evaluations
🔹 Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term network strategies
🔹 Hands-on technical expertise in managing and optimizing NextGen firewalls, routers, switches, and more
🔹 Ensure network scalability, security, and performance across the organization
🔹 Assist the operations team with ongoing network monitoring and support
Qualifications: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
💼 10+ years of experience in network systems design, implementation, and support
🔧 Deep knowledge of network protocols (IPSec, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.)
📡 Experience with Cisco routing, Aruba AOS-CX switching, and NextGen firewalls
🌐 Strong experience with Wireless (WiFi) network design and maintenance
