Job Description: Middle-Level .NET Developer (Application Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development teams in .NET and Angular software design and development.
- Architect, design, and develop complex, critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Hands-on coding, ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimizing performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to team members.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Provide L2 Support (Impact Analysis) and L3 Support (Bug Fixes & Enhancements) through change requests.
- Participate in requirement gathering and design document analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
- Banking and Financial Domain: Strong understanding of processes and concepts within this domain.
- .NET and Angular: 5 to 8 years of experience working with these technologies.
- Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, Angular, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL technology, including Triggers, Stored Procedures, and Batch Jobs.
- Familiarity with Test Environments and the Testing Process.
- Knowledge of Change Control and Deployment Processes.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with additional UI Technologies.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
