What You'll Do:

  • Modernize a Legacy: Play a key role in refactoring and modernizing a critical, existing platform.
  • Drive Growth: Develop and maintain critical components of our Merchant Engagement Platform, focusing on merchant services enhancements.
  • Architect for the Future: Design and implement microservices to support scalability and future growth.
  • Data and Integration: Work with MongoDB, SQL Server, Kafka, and Apigee to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Ensure Quality: Build and execute automated API tests, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Take Ownership: Be a self-starter, taking initiative to improve processes and drive solutions.


What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of .NET development experience, with a focus on modernizing legacy systems.
  • Expertise in .NET Core 6+ (preferably 8) and .NET Framework.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices.
  • Strong proficiency with MongoDB and SQL Server.
  • Practical experience with Kafka and Apigee.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and execute automated API tests.
  • Experience in merchant services.
  • Proactive and self starting work ethic.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with PCF or OpenShift cloud platforms
