Qualifications:

  • Analytical and Functional Skills Strong analytical and debugging skills to triage high priority incidents, restore services and provide resolutions
  • Ability to understand data flow and business logic in the application and services
  • Ability to monitor application health, identify anomalies and take necessary steps
  • Good communication and articulation skills

Technical Skills

  • 3 5 years of strong support experience in C# and .NET applications

Nice to have

  • knowledge of Xamarin mobile application development and support
  • Strong understanding on AMQ, MQTT,SQL Server database
  • Good understanding on WebAPI /Odata/REST and Integration
  • Experience with the deployment support & documentations.
  • Support design, fixes of the applications working with team
