Job Details:
Provide incident resolution and mobile device support (Android/iOS) during U.S. business hours. Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting mobile apps, MDM (Workspace ONE), VPN (VMware Tunnel), and security tools (Lookout)
Supporting business lines: D2D, Retail, and B2B mobile devices
Publishing and updating internal mobile apps and related documentation
Maintaining KB articles and submitting weekly activity reports
Includes testing Beta OS versions and ensuring proper mobile app delivery via Smart Groups/Tags.
