Senior Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and a solid understanding of the financial services domain. This role requires a leader who can manage complex enterprise-level projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement modules)
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure adherence to financial services regulatory and compliance standards
• Provide risk management, issue tracking, and resolution strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates
• Ensure successful UAT, training, and change management for go-live readiness
• Partner with Capco and Wells Fargo stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CRM, ERP)
• Proven delivery track record in large-scale Dynamics implementations
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Finance, or Capital Markets
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with integrations involving Azure, Power Platform, or other Microsoft stack
• Experience working in a consulting environment or with clients like Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, etc
