Reporting and Metrics: Define and monitor essential metrics, such as campaign ROI, customer engagement rates, and operational efficiency. By regularly analyzing these metrics, you’ll identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize processes to support Yoast’s marketing performance goals.
Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with BI and data teams to establish performance metrics, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and support activations.
Operational Rhythm: Maintain the marketing operating rhythm through regular meetings, reporting structures, and knowledge management.
Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed:
You are a detail-oriented marketing manager with strong organizational skills and a background in marketing operations for 3-5 years at least
You excel at establishing efficient workflows, collaborating across teams, and driving operational excellence
You should be comfortable working with data to inform strategies and have a proactive mindset for continuous improvement
You can deal with fast-changing environments and always look for a way to pivot processes and strategy
Any Graduate
