Senior Manager, Data Science

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead a high-performing team of data scientists. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning models and data-driven strategies that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in delivering advanced analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end model development process, from data collection to deployment.
• Use machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 10 to 16 years of experience in data science, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of driving impactful business outcomes through data science.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
