Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.
  • Experience in IT service management (ITSM) processes.
  • Knowledge of requirements management and documentation.
  • Experience with Financial Services/Insurance industry would be an added plus.
  • Qualified candidates should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
