Key Responsibilities:

Level 4 support for escalations
Daily ops review & ticketing
Access point refreshes at retail locations
Field bridge refresh projects
Operations & Stability for wireless networks in retail, distribution centers, and corporate offices
Requirements: ARUBA and CISCO certifications preferred.
