Description

Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for SFMC issues, configurations, and performance

• Collaborate with teams during go-lives and post-launch support

• Participate in KT sessions, documentation, and platform monitoring

Requirements:

• 6+ years in SFMC support/admin roles who can work independently

• Strong understanding of SFMC tools (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)

• Familiarity with AMPscript, APIs, and data extensions

• Bonus: Nice to have Sales/Service Cloud
