Senior Kafka Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Kafka Developer with deep expertise in Kafka architecture and hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Scala, or Python and capable of designing and implementing scalable streaming solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Monitor and optimize performance of Kafka clusters
Ensure high availability and reliability of streaming data systems
Implement best practices for security, data governance, and disaster recovery

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, brokers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, etc.
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, or Python
Experience with Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and related ecosystem tools
Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
