Description

• Coordinate internal team meeting to discuss roles, scope of work, and internal meeting schedule for the project. Take notes, assign tasks and follow-up with the business or team as needed.

• Create necessary project tools such as the editorial calendar required to support the project

• Add project milestones and deadlines to project management system, assign to appropriate team member. Update as necessary throughout the project.

• Check-in with project team on status of assignments

• Coordinate client reports - request updates and information from team members, collate and edit report drafts,

• Learn applications business functionality.

• Follows best practices of application development

• Helping the team with Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects.

• Disseminate necessary information to internal team members to support communication and collaboration

• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate project team meetings. Provide an agenda or agenda template for the team to fill-in, take notes and add to project documents.

• Define KPI for the project delivery and provide update on the progress.

• Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to next Level Managers with Definite dates

• Interact with key stake holder/customers

• Responsible to drive self-started improvements in systems and services to drive value for the business.

• Be comfortable working in a true “Product” team environment focusing on development and providing support

coverage.

• Ability to bring in and follow good software development practices, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Experience in the following is a MUST

• Exposure to Agile methodologies

• Strong knowledge in Core JAVA

• Exposure on Design patterns

• Good Knowledge in Cloud Platforms ( MS Azure Cloud)

• Good exposure to DevOps, Agile Methodologies

• Experience of working with Project tracking tools

• Knowledge and experience of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Worked in Agile Development projects.
