Senior Java Kafka Developer

Description

 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and expertise in key technologies such as Spring Boot, Unix, MQ, Kafka, and Fitness Cucumber for automated testing.
Strong expertise in Java JDK 8 or higher including experience with objectoriented design, development, and debugging.
Experience in building and maintaining microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments for application deployment and shell scripting.
Experience with messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ, ActiveMQ) for asynchronous communication between services.
Handson experience with Kafka for real-time event streaming, processing, and integration between systems.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Fitness or Cucumber for behavior-driven development BD
Proficient in Git or other version control systems for code management.
Desirable:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
