Description

Minimum 12 years of IT experience• 10+ years of Java and J2EE Technologies agile coaching experience, including programs with offshore and distributed teams. • Demonstrated ability to coach one or more Release Trains or coaching programs of at least 100 people. • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills. • Highly knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts and technologies. • Excellent Communication Skills • Experience with the team operating from Onsite and Offshore • Experience with creating Technology roadmap
