Key Requirements:
Extensive experience with Java11+, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies (JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB)
Proven track record in designing and developing large-scale applications in production environments
Expertise in Microservices and RESTful API development
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based development
Proficiency in object-oriented design, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and DevOps tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps

Skills & Tools:
Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)
Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot
CI/CD Tools: Maven, Git, Junit, Mockito
Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting, Redis Cache, and IBM MQ/RabbitMQ
