Ability to contribute to team and project success by developing innovative, reusable, and flexible solutions. Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement. Ability to identify customer changes to scope or other project issues and escalating that to management. Candidate should be able to work on java, hibernate development and unit testing tasks, as assigned to him/her with minimum level of supervision. Should be able to debug into any issues encountered, propose and deliver fixes in assigned time. Manage mentor developers and get the assigned tasks completed within timelines. Should adhere to the laid down software quality processes by the client. Collaborate with onshore/offshore lead/designers, analyze lld/sttm, translate apply business rules to data transformations. Create lld/sttm documents, develop, test, and deploy data integration processes using talend open studio. Analyzes data from various sources/target, including databases, webservices and flat files. Talend job development/support, deployment, optimization, error handling processes bug fixing. Adopt integration standards, best practices while creating talend jobs. Analyze/refine requirements with product management .Work with project and management team to scope and plan engineering efforts for sailpoint iiq. Design and implement highly scalable solution. Perform testing and define test-driven development, design and code reviews. Interface with qa, project, infrastructure support and business users. Documentation of solution and project artifacts. Support for production deployment and bug fixes.Reporting of issues and status to stakeholders
