Senior IT Specialist

Job Description:
·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, or related field.
·        10+ years of experience in GIS system support and engineering, preferably in utility (electric/gas/water)environments.
·        Deep expertise in ArcFM, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcMap, and related Esri technologies.
·        Strong hands-on experience with Load Runner or equivalent performance testing tools.
·        Solid understanding of performance tuning techniques for GIS platforms and databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
·        Proven ability to simulate large user bases, analyze system usage, and create solutions to ensure optimal performance.
·        Proficient in scripting languages such as Python (ArcPy) for automation and testing.
·        Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to stakeholders.
·        Experience working with Agile teams and managing workload with minimal supervision.
