Responsibilities

  • Deliver key EDI roadmap initiatives, including containerization, DevOps integration, and relevant systems or platforms.
  • Maintain and support EDI test and development environments to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Assist EDI development teams with technical challenges related to mapping, business processes, and XSLT development.
  • Create and manage generic objects such as Business Processes, Maps, and Workflows to streamline EDI development processes.
  • Collaborate with EDI developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Research and troubleshoot production EDI system issues in collaboration with the EDI support team to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery activities, database upgrades, and server patching across multiple teams.
  • Install and document new products added to the EDI infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
  • utilize expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator, ANSI-X12, and UN/EDIFACT standards to design complex workflows and manage EDI processes effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to thrive in a dynamic environment.
