Description

We are seeking a highly experienced M&A Integration Project Manager to lead and oversee the integration of acquired data centers and business functions into our organization. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and execution of strategic M&A objectives. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, technically savvy, and capable of managing complex projects involving global and culturally diverse teams.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire M&A integration process to ensure alignment with business strategy and successful execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams within the acquired data center and our company’s local and global departments to ensure integrated efforts.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to reduce potential disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates, escalate issues when necessary, and communicate key achievements to all stakeholders.
  • Strategic Guidance: Work closely with the Global Integration Management Office Lead to follow best practices and company policies.
  • Documentation: Ensure all project steps and decisions are well documented for audit and future reference.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the integration effort.


 

Required Qualifications:

Strong technical project management experience in M&A environments.


 

Proven experience managing M&A integration tasks involving:

  • Business applications
  • End-user equipment
  • IT infrastructure
  • Information security
  • Proficiency in writing comprehensive status reports and presenting to leadership.
  • Skilled in risk identification, interdependency management, and mitigation planning.


 

Experience working with modern collaboration tools such as:

  • Slack
  • G Suite
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Program management experience, particularly within acquisition projects.
  • Proven ability to manage virtual, geographically, and culturally diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

Background in managing integrations for large-scale data centers or enterprise-level infrastructure.


 

Certifications (if any):

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification (required or strongly preferred)
