Senior IT Program Manager (ITSM)

Qualifications

You have an engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent proven practical experience

10+ years of IT project/program management experience

A proven track record leading IT program and project delivery teams

Project management certification, classical and/or agile i.e. PMP, Scrum Master etc.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools – especially with Jira, Jira Service Desk etc. Able to manage

 Experience in leading an ITSM Implementation Projects is highly advantageous

 Certifications in ITIL/ITSM is a significant advantage

Experience in Reporting under pressure towards C-Level would be a plus

Experience in the energy and/or trading industry would be a plus

You demonstrate high performance with the ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, have a proactive mindset and are quickly able to get into hands-on work where needed

You work in a collaborative way and have good stakeholder management skills

Your working style is characterized by a strong customer focus, being results orientated, great collaboration, strong planning & organizational skills, and excellent communication skills

Proficient in English, additionally German and/or French would be a strong plus
