Key Requirements:

- Minimum 20 years of global work experience, with 5 years in a leadership role managing a remote shared services center and collaborating with a global leadership team.

- Proficiency in overseeing a large function encompassing operational, customer-facing, and cloud-focused service delivery teams, including supervision of a 24x7x365 operations center.

- Experience in managing technical staff across multiple shifts within service delivery teams.

- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic foresight, ensuring division objectives align with organizational goals.

- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
