Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage Intune infrastructure to support endpoint management across the organization.
  • Implement and maintain configurations for software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings using Intune.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Intune infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune with other endpoint management tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Intune processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Intune and endpoint management best practices.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support Intune infrastructure and resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive standardization and service-focused instrumentation for endpoint management.
  • Engage with external vendors and third parties to address issues and achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Strong expertise in Windows Autopilot and experience handling large-scale migrations with minimal disruption.
  • Strong scripting experience (Powershell).
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage endpoint management infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to respond to critical issues outside of regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other endpoint management tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide training and support to end-
