Description

  • Administer and manage the Informatica platform across development, QA, and production environments
  • Install, upgrade, configure, optimize, and maintain Informatica (on-premises and/or IICS)
  • Oversee security configuration, licensing, physical installation, and secure agent management
  • Support and troubleshoot production jobs, including performance tuning and metric analysis
  • Ensure data integration best practices, tools, and technologies are followed
  • Manage Informatica Cloud (iPaaS) solutions: Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality, Data Catalog, Governance, CDC
  • Configure and manage platform components: connectivity, security, and configuration
  • Collaborate with Systems Admins, Management, Network Admins, and DBAs for change implementation
  • Manage technical support relationship with Informatica vendor
  • Monitor environments proactively to detect and address issues before user impact
  • Troubleshoot Informatica-related tickets with vendors
  • Perform Informatica services start/stop operations
  • Conduct domain and repository backup activities
  • Manage object versions using GitHub
  • Handle folder creation and code migration via Deployment Group, Export/Import XML
  • Hands-on experience in IICS (Informatica Cloud) design and development
  • Work within Agile delivery models
  • Communicate and present effectively to business users and stakeholders
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Create and maintain documentation and artifacts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Identify and implement process improvements, procedures, and controls (including SOX compliance)
  • Recommend and implement security management practices and awareness activities
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and other cloud solutions
