Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with focus on IAM and Okta
- Proven experience with Okta migration projects
- Strong knowledge of identity management principles, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and standards
- Expertise in cloud-based identity solutions (Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM)
- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, SSO, MFA)
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills
