Senior IAM Lead

Seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to design, implement, and govern enterprise IAM strategies in a regulated banking environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD), strong leadership, and regulatory compliance knowledge (FFIEC, SOX, PCI DSS).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and deployment of IAM technologies: SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA

Oversee user access governance across hybrid environments

Integrate IAM with banking systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Jack Henry)

Enforce IAM policies and regulatory standards (FFIEC, GLBA, GDPR)

Monitor IAM systems for performance, security, and compliance

Drive IAM automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform)

Mentor IAM engineers and lead incident response efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or related field

5+ years IAM experience, 2+ in a leadership role

Banking or financial services experience preferred

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or vendor-specific (e.g., Okta, SailPoint)

Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, cloud IAM, scripting, and audits

This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with strong technical and regulatory IAM experience in the financial sector
