Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of IAM principles (such as ULM, RBAC, certifications, access reviews, SoD, ITDR, etc.)
  • Proficient with enterprise IAM technology (such as IGA, MFA, PAM, Data Governance, Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Possesses a humble character (outward mindset, always seeking to help, the good of the team over themself)
  • Demonstrates tenacity and a drive to grow their skills and innovate for the business
  • Possesses strong emotional intelligence and a positive outlook

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead in the design and deployment of advanced IAM solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications into the IAM infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IAM governance frameworks.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to identity services.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with organizational objectives
