Develop scalable backend systems using Go and Java

Lead architectural discussions and mentor development teams

Translate complex financial domain requirements into effective technical solutions

Ensure high performance, security, and maintainable code quality

Technical Skills:

Golang, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate

SQL (Sybase) and API development (REST, gRPC, SOAP)

Microservices, distributed systems, batch processing

Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting

Bonus: Experience with C++, cloud-native architectures, Agile/Scrum methodologies
