Responsibilities

Designs, implements, and deploys security cloud platforms to support and mitigate security threats, risks and technology vulnerabilities.

Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.

Provides advanced level technical support and monitors security technologies efficiency through the use of monitoring tools and applications.

Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms.

Develops auditing methodologies and architecture to manage and protect data in cloud computing environments.

Elevates code into the development, test, and cloud production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.

Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.

Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases.

Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required.

Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.

Administers system activities. Writes the technical portion of assigned deliverables. Performs systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years related work experience.

Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience

Scope of Work:

  • Work in a collaboration with 4-6 engineers within the team
  • Partner with technical leads and peers to design and deliver next generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities
  • Design/Implement integration with other cloud authentication platforms
  • Deliver new voice biometrics authentication capabilities for multiple line of businesses and integrate with other second factor authentication and orchestration platforms
    The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: 
  • Experience in Voice Biometrics Authentication technologies
  • Familiar with Call Center technology, Architecture and Integration with multiple channels
  • Extensive experience with SBC(Session Border Controller), SIPREC, networking & voice.
  • Cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
  • Experience in implementing Genesys and Contact Centre solutions.
  • Experience building applications on AWS platforms and integrating third party products on AWS.
  • Bamboo/Github/Jenkins pipeline
  • PCF/ECS/EKS architecture
  • Creation of telemetry for applications using Splunk, Appdynamics/Honeycomb (open telemetry)
  • Developer experience in web based technology using Java and in AWS, Python
  • Has a product ownership mindset
  • Keeps up with new technology trends and bring those ideas to the table
  • Can spend time developing others and working toward one common goal
  • Provides advanced level technical support designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks and security infrastructure. Identifies, resolves, or escalates hardware or software issues
