Summary:

  • Working in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company.
  • Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications.
  • Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.
  • Agile software development and DevOps
  • Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment
  • Building a reliable, secure cloud architecture

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Python Programming experience
  • Strong understanding of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
  • Cost optimization knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Networking, VPC, VPN, Firewall
  • Strong troubleshooting skills at Networking, Application and Database level
  • Designing Highly Scalable Highly Available (HA), Secure and Cost Efficient Cloud Architecture
  • Understanding of Load Balancer, CDN, Clusters, Distributed Architecture, Container environment
  • Experience in Kubernetes and Docker
  • Containerization and Deployment on Kubernetes
  • DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD, Cloud build, Jenkins etc)
  • Experience of migrating Applications to Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding client requirement and translating in to technical design doc
  • Experience in Cloud/Application security.
  • GCP Cloud certification.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in cloud migrations to GCP

Qualification:

  • B. Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/M. Tech/M. Sc or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
