Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience to support our AI Lead in the development and execution of innovative Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment and enjoys working across the stack—from building lightweight web applications to exploring integrations with LLM-based APIs and agentic platforms such as Relevance AI or Microsoft Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the AI Lead to design and implement lightweight web apps, tools, and interfaces
• Develop front-end and back-end components to support AI-driven workflows
• Build and integrate APIs, including those for LLMs and third-party agentic systems

Explore and prototype with emerging platforms (e.g., Relevance AI, MS Copilot)

• Assist in the automation and validation of natural language interactions—helping to test and evaluate the output of non-deterministic systems
• Contribute to experiments with prompt design and response optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid full stack engineering experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid prototypes and MVPs
• Comfort working with APIs , JSON-based services, and asynchronous data flows
• Experience or interest in QA/test automation strategies, especially in less deterministic systems
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies or project needs
• Design, develop, and test software solutions under the guidance of the AI Lead.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to LLMs and prompt engineering concepts
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems (e.g., Relevance AI, LangChain, MS Copilot)
• Interest in automating validation of natural language interactions
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or feedback loops for ML/AI systems
